个人介绍:
  上海市科技启明星,上海医学会医学遗传学分会秘书。主持的973子课题已通过验收并评为“优”,主持一项国家自然基金项目、负责一项国际合作课题。参编专著、译著四部,发表SCI论文40多篇,第一作者和通讯作者论文他引次数超过160次。

 

研究方向

   精神疾病易感基因的研究,破解精神分裂症患者结直肠癌发生率低于正常之谜的初步研究,出生前营养不良导致精神分裂症的分子机制初探,揭示出生前营养不良导致成年后精神疾病发病风险增加的分子机制。

个人介绍:
  上海交通大学Bio-X研究院遗传资源中心副主任、设备委员会主任、硕导。2001年进入交大Bio-X研究院工作,先后参与了精神疾病及其他多项复杂人类遗传疾病的研究。作为主要科研骨干参与了多项国家863、973、自然科学基金资助项目、重大项目的研究以及与美国阿斯利康制药公司联合研究项目.作为子课题负责人承担863项目“人类遗传资源信息的数字化关键技术”,与胸科医院合作负责两项医工交叉项目。目前主要从事精神分裂症易感基因鉴定、精神疾病候选基因的相关分析及功能研究。以第一作者及共同作者发表SCI论文40余篇。

  上海市浦江人才、上海交大晨星青年学者。毕业于AlphaGO的摇篮加拿大Alberta大学人工智能研究小组,师从Dale Schuurmans院士和Michael Waterman院士。主要从事计算生物学和人工智能研究,包括3D基因组与肿瘤和大脑遗传疾病的相关性研究、深度稀疏学习理论模型、肿瘤新抗原精准预测、临床标志物发现、疾病早期预测等。主持和参与多个国家级和省部级课题,学术主页:http://yishi.sjtu.edu.cn
